As Senior Vice President of Partner Services, Craig drives the strategic direction of the company’s service delivery, sales engineering, and professional service teams. With over 20 years of experience in engineering and leadership within the software and operational teams, Craig is tasked with understanding partner needs then building requirements and processes to meet them.

Craig’s passion has been delivering solutions that exceed the customer’s needs throughout his career. He has built his career on strong customer relationships through innovative technology. Before Pax8, Craig served as an industry leader in Dynamic Ad Insertion for Video On Demand at Canoe Ventures. He also led engineering teams at Weyerhaeuser and River Software. Craig spends his weekends coaching and running the largest regional basketball program for the Special Olympics in Colorado. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Colorado Mesa University
